We are back with a feature favorite- our Employee Spotlight! Each month, we like to recognize one of our hardworking employees and get to know them a little better. This month, we are featuring our Service Manager, Keith Gibson.
Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and your history with A&B Heating & Cooling Co.
A: I started working here as a helper in 1989. I went to tech school while I worked here and worked my way up to a technician. In 2005, I had the opportunity to be the Service Manager and I took the job. I love being out in the field more but this position has it's challenges and can be a very hot seat. I have been married for almost 13 yrs to my best friend and we have 3 children and 3 grandchildren and 1 on the way. I love to spend time with family, work on projects around the house and of course, go to the gym and eat healthy!
Q: What's your favorite movie quote?
A: I don't have a favorite quote or line but my favorite movie is Mr. Deeds because that was the first movie my wife and I went to see. I also like the Fast and Furious movies!
Q: What food could you eat and never get tired of?
A: I could eat any kind of Hibachi or Sushi and never get tired of it!
Q: What is your personal mantra or motto and why?
A: I have a few--" I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me", "Fitness is like Marriage, you can't cheat on it and expect it to work", and "Train Insane or Remain the Same".
The first one is a great bible verse for me to apply to daily life and the other two I keep in mind for my training sessions, eating clean and staying in shape.
